How do I return an item?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact Entra Health Systems and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once you are approved, we will give you an RMA # with instructions on how to return the item.

Meter kits, opened or not are fully refundable if returned within 90 days of receipt. Unopened meter strip boxes are returnable within 90 days of receipt. Unopened control solution boxes are fully refundable if returned within 90 days of receipt. Sterile lancets and individual lancing devices are not returnable.

A refund of the product's purchase price will be credited to your credit card account once we have received and processed the returned product(s), less the original shipping charge. To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories and must be suitable for immediate resale. Do not mark or deface original boxes in any manner.

- No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.
- Return shipment is not pre-paid
- Open strip boxes are not returnable.
- Developers Kits are not returnable.
- Please allow 6-10 business days for processing your return once we receive it.
- If you return an item that was eligible for a free shipping promotion, you will incur the original shipping charge.
- If any of the above conditions are not met, Entra Health Systems reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.
